Strategy Guide
- Test the edges of each mechanic. Move in directions the game does not suggest. Interact with things that look static. The boundaries tell you a lot about how the game works.
- Examine objects more than once. Some adventure games change object descriptions based on your progress or new items in your inventory.
- Try the opposite of what keeps failing. If you are playing aggressively and dying, play defensively. If you are playing cautiously and timing out, push forward. The answer is often the reverse of your instinct.
- Pick up everything. If the game lets you carry it, you will probably need it. Inventory space is rarely wasted in adventure games.
- Keep a mental map of locked doors and blocked paths. You will almost certainly return to them with the right item or ability.
- Steady, clean play usually beats aggressive, risky play. Consistency compounds over time, and avoiding mistakes matters more than chasing big moments.
- If the game has a tutorial, do it once properly. Skipping it and then struggling with basics wastes more time than the tutorial ever would.
- If the game offers cosmetic rewards, ignore them until you are comfortable with the core mechanics. Progression systems can distract from actual skill development.
